Custody and Booking Records
The Scotland County Sheriff’s Office is the verified starting point for a Scotland arrest, the location of a person in local detention custody, and a request for an arrest report, booking sheet, or releasable booking photograph. Scotland’s actual holding location can require event-specific confirmation, so ask the Sheriff whether a transfer or receiving facility is involved.

Reported county office hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed on legal holidays. Confirm availability before visiting.
For a written request, identify the person, date range, arresting agency if known, and the existing records requested. Ask for an estimate under RSMo 610.026 and for the statutory basis if material is withheld. The county records path explains the custody and request sequence in more detail.

Court-Record Questions
Julie Monroe, Scotland County Circuit Clerk, is the local contact for case-file and docket clarification. The clerk is not the booking-photo custodian. For a public case search, start with Missouri Case.net, then seek court guidance when a name produces more than one potential case.
